The location is perfect for exploring major attractions, but the shower could use more space.

missingWrote a review on Dec 12ideal locationdelightful breakfastimpressive housekeepingcommunication issues
The hotel’s ideal location made it super easy to explore nearby attractions like Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona. The room cleaning services were impressive, with housekeeping coming in daily. Breakfast in Bed was a delightful touch, really enjoyed the fresh coffee and warm pastries delivered right to the room at the time I requested. I had some trouble with communication regarding a vault issue at night, which was not addressed until the next morning through WhatsApp. A bit more presence on the front desk would help. the Navona room in the lobby had some noise issues. despite the minor inconveniences, the location and breakfast experience made it worth it.

Superb location, well-maintained rooms, good Wi-Fi performance
The lighting in the suite needs significant improvement!!! The configuration of the toilet forces awkward sitting. Basic amenities like milk for coffee aren’t provided. A few scuff marks and linen issues indicate a need for better upkeep!!!

The room had a cozy feel, blending modern and classic styles, which added a nice touch. I appreciated the coffee station, although it lacked milk pods or creamer.
The toilet seat was broken, and the configuration forced me to sit sideways due to its awkward proximity to the wall. The linen had marks, and the room showed signs of wear, with scuff marks on the walls, which detracted from the overall appeal.

Spacious accommodations allowed for comfortable movement with luggage and a buggy. The cozy bed ensured restful nights, while the nicely decorated room and luxurious bathroom added to the charm of the stay. Breakfast featured delightful fresh pastries and rich Italian coffee, a great way to start each day. the lighting in the suite was insufficient, especially in the bathroom, and some pillows were rather flat, detracting from overall comfort.
